KGC International Skills Centre, established in 2014 in Pune is a new state of the art skills and training facility. KGC’s extensive experience of over four decades in the EPC and Fabrication business allows us to offer a comprehensive range of skilling, training and graduate programs.  Our skilling initiative to create opportunities of employment  got impetus by our current government’s vision and its skill India initiative.

KGC International Skill Center provides consultancy and assistance in welding for your specific needs. Weld procedure consultancy and approval and welder qualification approval tests can be carried out to European, American and most International standards.

KGC International Skill Center announces the starting of its New Batch in Advance Level Training in GTAW

KGC International Skill Centre student Pratik Mahanwar selected for apprentice’s regional competition held at ATI (Advance Training Institute) Mumbai for Welder Trade. This competition is conducted yearly by the Government of India for Identifying skilled candidates.

 

KGC International Skill Center starts its first ‘Welders Training Batch’ for international placements.

The course includes review of conventional and non-conventional radiography, techniques, codes, procedures and acceptance standards etc, backed up by extensive interpretation practical’s covering IQI sensitivity, contrast, definition, density , artifacts , and pass / fail evaluation.

This is user level certification program leading to level I/II in line with SNT-TC- 1A 2011 qualification. Ideally suited for inspection personnel from manufacturing industries, fabrication workshops, plant construction sites, piping engineers, consultants, inspection agencies etc. Who are doing radiography in-house or getting it done from side agencies, and engaged in radiographic interpretation & reporting would find the program highly beneficial. The practicals include penetrant testing on different materials, use of visible and fluorescent, dry, wet, solvent suspended developers and preparation of test documentation.
